New to BP

Hello BP, my name is Terrance Car, I live in Kansas City, Missouri my wife found this wonderful site for us. Just after I drank the kool aid on buying a Guru's program. We have little experience in real estate just as homeowners. I 'm currently a firefighter so I have the time to give for knowledge. My wife is going for her real estate licence to add something to our start up.  We plan on focusing on fix and flips, rentals, and wholesales. Later down the road tax liens will be the next venture. By the way I love the podcast. They are so informational and inspirational I just hope something sticks.
