I'm looking at investing in Phoenix area, Cape Coral Florida, Tampa (I like SW FL and my Mom is there), or possibly midwest.

The same state that found cops who shot innocent, unarmed black men not guilty,  There are many shady RE agents around the country, but that doesn't mean I categorize them all into one box(now THAT'S uneducated) Although there are some shady wholesalers(as there are some shady people in every industry) there are also thousands of honest wholesalers who moves with integrity that actually care about helping people.
