as others have stated, if a RE agent does not believe they can sell the property, find a different agent that believes they can sell the property.  

Selling makes agents money and the IRS if you don''t 1031, it's almost always better to re-leverage instead.

HI @Dallas HooverI think the guy/girl you should be looking for is a commercial agent/broker.

I see that real estate agents and brokers are too negative on sub to deals……investors looking for low interest rates and or low down payments are too positive on the same.As I stated the reality is somewhere in between, depending on individual circumstances.  

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
