Here is an example:"University, Executive, Professional, Airport, Downtown, Yard, Dogs, Cats, Pets, Luxury, Designer, Upscale, Historic"I was told by a friend that saw my ad that it could be considered discriminatory and in violation of Fair Housing Laws since it could appear that the ad is designed to attract "Executive and Professional" tenants.My units are very upscale and it's reflected in the monthly rental price.

And since this commercial unit is a 12 room luxury apartment complex in a monumental building on the waterfront, the selling price is way above what a residential unit would be going for, which means commissions and fees are way up there too...IF I am successful at selling it.

So I live in an apartment currently that is supposedly a "luxury apartment", there are however quite a few things done wrong here to classify it as "luxury".
