But I personally wouldn't want to hold the bag waiting for a developer to come along and want to buy the land, as till then I'd be bagholding it and having a negative cash-flow from it.In terms of small plots of land being purchased, a few acres or less than hundreds, I don't believe it's a good investment whatsoever as the land value will not rise unless development occurs, and development will only occur if a large amount of land can be purchased at once, and if development already occurred and you're buying a plot in a paved planned community I believe the price of the land to be priced in.In short: Small plots are a no go for me, I'd buy a small property instead.
