Buying Raw Land In Texas

Howdy y'all. I am new to the forum and this is my first post. I am 26 years old and my wife and I are currently building a new home in central Texas. I've noticed that there are not many people in my zip code who are in this community so I thought creating a post would be a good start. I've recently looked into purchasing raw land and then re-selling it through buying and holding or seller-financing. I would appreciate some feedback and any experience buying raw land. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from y'all soon.

Welcome from a fellow Texan! I used to live in Buda. Love the little downtown area...especially the drug store/ice cream shop, if it's still there. :)

If you are interested in land investing, check out BP podcast 39 with @Seth Williams. His blog also has a bunch of good info: https://retipster.com/
