Steps to build on land noob q's
Hi. I am a noob to building on land and have some basic questions.
I purchased an acre of flat land in Concho Arizona. Its zoned to allow for mobile homes.
What are the steps I need to take to put a mobile home on that land?
Does it need to be surveyed first? Thanks

According to that info, the roads inside the subdivision are county maintained gravel roads. Call the county transportation department and ask about the connection. Shouldn't be anything too complex. If they have a ditch on your side of the road, you'll need a culvert.
I notice it also says this is a site built, manufactured, or modular home subdivision. I would infer from that statement there are deed restrictions about what you can do there. Sounds like a mobile home (aka trailer) would be fine. An RV seems like it wouldn't meet that criteria.
Back to your original question. Since there's already a subdivision plat, you should be able to locate some of the markers for the corners. Unless you're forced, I wouldn't think a survey would be necessary. Read your deed restrictions and speak with the county and you should be able to figure out what it will take to put in a mobile home.
