I have 20 acres under contract in Lady Lake, Florida and I want to divide property into separate lots to create mobile home park. Currently property is zoned at R-1. What should be my next steps to make this plan happen ?

Research if R-1 can be used as a mobile home park. Typically R-1 is residential and a MHP would not be allowed, but that depends again on the location.

Then you will need to determine utilities and how you are going to provide services
