I live in a paper mill town, and we have some oil/construction outfits.

Chinese companies were the biggest for that and I know a couple smaller outfits that would.

The turn-key outfits and wholesale companies seem to all focus exclusively on the houses and ignore the multi's, some of which can be picked up for fantastic prices.There is a potential financing negative, as the cheaper price point makes it even less likely to find a lender for such a small loan amount.

Here's the same recommendation I have provided hundreds of clients on dozens of outfits like this.

Hi Anthony,I am not certain about your area, but I would look for someone that provides a 'handyman' service and find someone that is trustworthy.Make sure you work with someone that has workman's comp and insurance, but see if you can find a smaller outfit that is below the level of a full on contractor to handle the smaller maintenance items.You can form the right relationship with some key vendors, you can send work orders via text message or email.  

Normal CDs can also be redeemed early for a minor penalty (brokered CDs through decent outfits like Vanguard or Fidelity are different animals). 

Doesn’t seem like that vehicle can be easily outfitted with a ladder rack...

@Betty Snowie 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, triple lot, well outfitted for large groups. 

We have a kids bunkroom that is outfitted with a Wii and a bunch of games.
