2 Bedroom SFH are they good investments?

Hello was wondering about others thoughts on 2 bedroom sfh for rental property. I understand alot of investors say 3 bedroom or nothing, but i have not had any problem renting out my 2 bed homes or getting good renters. They are much easier to maintain cheaper taxes and insurance. I realize they wont sell as quickly as a 3 bed home but you can also buy them cheaper. Just wondering if anyone else has had success with 2 bed sf homes? Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with 2 bedroom rentals. Less people in the house means less were and tear.

However I think more important than 2 vs 3 or even 4 bedrooms is, "how good a deal is it?" I'll take a great deal on a two bedroom over an average deal n a three bedroom any time and vice versa.
