A child hanging themselves on your blinds, drowning in a pool or bathtub, being mauled by a dog you don't even know about living at your property, etc.

Ie toilet paper holder and towel rack holder.The bath tub is fine as is and there is a surround and no tile.

Bathtub and toilet regurgitating and clogging.

I did not use a 203k I just paid for the reno cash in phases as I lived in it (half my first floor was gutted for 6+ months and I used my living room as a kitchen and my bathtub to wash dishes!).

One had a chronic leak in the bathtub and they told the tenants, no problem, it would cost more to replace the main shut off valve on the building since it doesn't work and the extra water charge is cheaper- WHAT>  cost me $345 to correct the problem, I'm sure the owner paid much more in water bills and how could they ever solve other water issues in the building? 

It’s a pretty average bathroom with a bathtub and no natural lighting.

vinyl tile flooring is very inexpensive and easy to put down, just make sure to acclimate to temp. for several days first. bath tub cleaning was a challenge, finally found a great product on amazon that worked like a champ.

The cats got in the attic, between the first floor ceiling and second floor subfloor, and even in the void space around the curvature of the inside of the bathtub (between the wall and tub).All of that is behind us now. 

Also worth highlighting was the master bathroom remodel- floored with marble, a double vanity sink, a freestanding bath tub and dual shower heads.

The remainder of the security deposit will be issued to me as credits towards the repair of the big items - cabinets, flooring, bathtub cracks etc.
