Live In Flip Connecticut

Hi I’m new to bigger pockets.

I have read numerous real estate books and I’M interested in a live-in flip using a 203k.
anyone have any insight on doing this in CT.

Also one little personal note - Living in it while doing the reno taught me so much about construction. You have the time to do some (or most in my case) yourself. Let me caveat I had zero construction experience and that house taught me 90% of the skills I have today. Pulling permits, how to frame, hanging cabinets, basic plumbing and electrical, sheet rock, installing hardwoods, carpentry you name it. Combined with YouTube and a lot of patience, it gave me skills I'll use forever and I am so grateful for it.
