As you know, each project is like a puzzle and finding a loan that will put that puzzle together and help bring your vision to completion will help you scale.

I had a rough situation with a PM in San Antonio involving an eviction, so screening for a good PM is a key piece of the puzzle to be a landlord.

There is too much opportunity for kickbacks and malfeasance when one person is touching all of the pieces of the puzzle.

Its also just too many puzzle pieces to put together and if something goes wrong with whatever they're working on, you may end up needing an additional trade on top of that person and well things can get messy and even more expensive.
