New to BP and have some questions

Hi All! I am new to BP and wanted to introduce myself and ask a few questions. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and got into flipping houses a few years ago with a friend after my divorce. I have owned my own businesses since I was 19 and lemme tell ya, I love this industry the most. It hits all my buttons. A little mental, a little physical, a little designing. One day I’m digging holes for a new deck and the next I’m stuck at my desk doing paperwork. Being a business owner for so many years has given me the background and skills to handle many of the issues that arise throughout the day. Whether it be one of my crew with a personal problem, or negotiating (or renegotiating!) with a sub on why its taking longer and costing more...

I have been gathering up good people and good subs and I’m thinking I want to expand a bit and take on more houses simultaneously, but of course there’s that funding thing. Most of my money gets tied up in the down payment and rehab, making it difficult to get additional houses. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to see an awesome deal come out on the market or off market and I don’t have the ability to get it. I currently work with a hard money lender, but would like to learn more about what other options are out there. I would say that’s the main reason I decided to join BP. So...

1) Do people on here do private lending? And if so, what’s my best bet on reaching out to them?

2) Do people get into partnership via this platform? And again, if so where should I post to connect with them?

3) I’m contemplating upgrading my membership here, but would like to hear from real members about what the pros to becoming a pro on BP?

I have more questions, but I think this will get me going. Plus it is a work day and the work never stops! Thanks for having a look and have a great day!!

Oh and is my profile good enough? Or should I add more info or deals or...?

@Nicole Heasley Beitenman, @Jason Papp, @Ryan Blake Thanks so far y'all! Patience has never been my strong suit, but I'll stay the course. I am already in my local REIA and another online one. I really haven't posed doing a partnership in there as of yet. Our main meeting is tomorrow, so I guess I'll just go for it! I'll check out pro this evening or actually towards the end of the week. I'm taking classes to get my RE license, as if I didn't already have a wicked busy schedule. Good times! Lol
