@Jacob White My wife and I are heading to the razorback game in Little Rock this year.

The two neighbors that we've met have both complained about them, saying they smoke marijuana in the garage and are generally "rowdy" (kids throwing rocks at cars, garage seems to be some sort of default "hangout") in an otherwise nice family neighborhood.  

Hello We recently bought a home in Round Rock, Tx, 78681, 3200 sq SFH that we are struggling to get rented for 7 weeks now and couldn't find a suitable tenant.

It's costing us upwards of $3,500 to reverse.But the real nail in the coffin is that we suddenly had the county inspector rock up at our house and red flag it saying that they were notified that we are having "unpermitted work being done in our kitchen"?!

She is 75 and was burning through her retirement, so now she rents a room in her apt. in New Haven East Rock neighborhood and has it rented 5-6 nights a week all year round.  

I have 2 SFH homes in the area for a few years and have used All Star Properties and have been happy with them.  

Sheet Rock Crew - Most DIY'ers can do sheet rock work pretty easily. 

I recently moved to Little Rock from Los Angeles.

I thank my lucky stars I never did because I wound up in investing in Charlotte and doing much better than I would have anywhere in NY metro.
