Reading is not bad either (and free at the library), I recommend 'Waking Up' by Sam Harris. 

It is an excellent source of information and one every investor should have in their library.

I've just checked out Rich Dad, Poor Dad from my local library to read as it seems to have played a critical role in kickstarting a lot of people's real estate ventures. 

I have been to Larrys meeting and also went to the one at the country side library on Sundays which i found was inactive.  

Go to the library and search for RE books on the subjects and see what they have on Amazon.

@Chad Gibson Check your library for NOLA legal books. 

Much of this history is archived at the RV/MH Hall of Fame library in Elkhart, Indiana. 

This is a vast library of information.
