In Tucson what do you all think is more abundant, SFR or small multi's that are cash flow positive but are in decent neighborhoods.

I just feel a little overwhelmed by a lack of information and an abundance of people who potentially don't have my best interest in mind.

There are small, self-managed owners who take an abundance of pride in their properties, have systems in place, and are fair and reasonable with their tenants.

The information has been flowing freely and abundantly thus far.

Money was in of great abundance.

From the cheap prices and the abundance of properties it seemed this area has too much supply and competition driving the prices down.
