Hello, everyone! My name is Lester Mays and I currently reside in Jacksonville, FL. I am fairly new to the industry of real estate investing, but is extremely intrigued! Over the past 6-12 months, I've been doing a great deal of reading, listening to podcasts and networking with locals. The information has been flowing freely and abundantly thus far. Currently, I am in the process of starting my business plan to nail down my beginning niche. I am leaning very heavily towards starting as a flipper and progress into a buy and hold investor. Also, I am currently working on my RE license here as well to take advantage of those benefits within my personal real estate investing. I am very interested in meeting other investors, local and abroad, to connect with to exchange ideas and assist each other's growth in this area. I look forward to connecting with others in BiggerPockets community and growing our businesses together!
