[Lester Mays]

Hello, everyone! My name is Lester Mays and I currently reside in Jacksonville, FL. I am fairly new to the industry of real estate investing, but is extremely intrigued! Over the past 6-12 months, I've been doing a great deal of reading, listening to podcasts and networking with locals. The information has been flowing freely and abundantly thus far. Currently, I am in the process of starting my business plan to nail down my beginning niche. I am leaning very heavily towards starting as a flipper and progress into a buy and hold investor. Also, I am currently working on my RE license here as well to take advantage of those benefits within my personal real estate investing. I am very interested in meeting other investors, local and abroad, to connect with to exchange ideas and assist each other's growth in this area. I look forward to connecting with others in BiggerPockets community and growing our businesses together! When you say flip are you referring to buying properties, renovating them and selling them retail or getting properties under contract and selling the contract?
