Hey there, my name is Jeff Desmond and I've resided in Jacksonville for 30 years now. Have owned a couple of rental properties over the years and made a nice profit. Been in sales most of my life and now that I just turned 60 yrs. old I'm looking to get back into real estate investing. Been fortunate and have no mortgage on my primary residence so will have no problem getting HELOC to fund my venture. Looking to probably flip homes at this point. Thought about enrolling in local Ron LeGrand course but would much rather connect with local investors that are walking the walk, not just talking the talk.
