Hello  Frank I'm new to the world of R.E.I. myself, Sean Terry was the first video I came across he really is dynamic.  

It has all the components to make this a very dynamic market for years to come and believe once you get here, you will do awesome. 

I recommend also making a "vision board", as a way to keep your goals in front of you visually.
