Hello BP world ! 

I'm excited to be with brilliant minds in this great community . I've been on the fence to invest in real estate since 2000 . To get started I've read many books on various niches one that appealed to me was " Wholesaling ". I get the fundamentals/ Basics  thanks to Sean Terry, Kent Clothier and Joe McCall without them I would be reinventing the wheel lol .  Since I've finally made a decision to make real estate into a full time business .  I have come across like minded people in which I do enjoy their company and I hope to meet many of you soon.  I know that continuing on this path with consistency , education & focus things will work out out in the long run . Thank you for providing for me the education I need to Succeed!
