When some people want "color", they pick a mud color beige/tan/adobe.Do they really like it?

Give me the easy way.....there is no easy way, if there were I'd love to give it to you and other 5000 folks who think finance is like making mud bricks.

There are many sections and subsections and it's really as clear as... well... mud. 

If property has association, you might face transfer fees later and could add some undesirable expenses...

yeah- I'm just not sure if it was mis-managed/marketed or there is something about the property that makes it undesirable. 

I believe texture is considered part of the wall, just like tape and mud.

I started renovating the basement 1 year after we purchased the property, ended up hiring a subcontractor to hang drywall and mud and tape the basement and finished the basement renovation over the course of 2 years.

I left my F150 with mud tires in his driveway. 

. - Fixed damaged plaster areas roughly 600 sqft total, I had to remove old damaged plaster, install new sheetrock and merge it with the plaster mud tape and texture these areas, mostly ceiling and in closets upstairs where the roof had leaked causing damage to the plaster- Updated the kitchen- Updated the bathroom - New carpet- Cleaned and painted walls- Fixed electrical issues- Fixed plumbing What was the outcome?
