Even in it's dilapidated state, NYC still has the best transit system in the country.

I read that Amazon employees are something like 55% mass transit users so the best access would be along the DC metro blue and yellow lines.   

Equity loans, various fixed with balloon or transition to ARM, potentially interest only with a balloon, etc.  

However, I have to give some of that up to work in SFR, and that's why I hope to get out of self-managed SFR and transition to other forms of less active investing.

@Jeff Mills Transition between owners, can sometime take a little while to get nailed down, tenants can be hesitant about paying to a different person, especially if they are not given a substantle lead time. 

And then I can start transitioning into rental property once I’m out of my job.
