Anyone buying multifamily in Broward?  I'll be driving around next few days.  I only really know Fort Lauderdale and pockets of Hollywood.  I'm looking into Pompano, Del Ray, Dania Beach, Hollywood (I've been to the Dennys meetup a few times), Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield for a multifamily.

I'm in a 1031 exchange trying to find a 8-30 lunit here ocally

$100-$180k range/unit depending on location and condition

I'm from Los Angeles so it would be nice to meet some local active BPers.

Thanks
