I used Quickbooks for years, and still do, but I wouldn't recommend them now.Their new online subscription model is too expensive to justify for a single family rental, or even a handful of rentals.

They choose to activate it at no cost no subscription it’s built into and the home during the structured wiring phase, as would the utilities of the house.I’m currently renovating my Duplex and plan on installing a surveillance system and wireless access points for Wifi.

Search sites - Mobile home park store, CREXI, loopnet, Occasionally you can find one in Craigslist You can buy lists of parks from ListSourceReonomy is a subscription site to search properties and owner info.

@Angelica M Garzon you can also search CREXI, buy a list of properties from list source, buy a subscription to Reonomy or download property list from city websites the lookup the owners and call them.Brokers will not likely be a good resource unless you have a serious track record.

Looks like it requires a monthly subscription but allows for unlimited property searches.I'm wondering if this tool might be particularly interesting / useful for wholesalers who are looking for distressed properties?
