I used Quickbooks for years, and still do, but I wouldn't recommend them now.Their new online subscription model is too expensive to justify for a single family rental, or even a handful of rentals.  

They choose to activate it at no cost no subscription it’s built into and the home during the structured wiring phase, as would the utilities of the house.I’m currently renovating my Duplex and plan on installing a surveillance system and wireless access points for Wifi.

Even so, we offered to cover the cost of many of those bookings, including 2 years of free subscriptions for our service, which you didn't accept.

Just the subscription alone will put a dent to your profits.

Mostly very good information in here, but a couple things:-NARPM (1) doesn't mean anything, other than the PM paid an annual subscription to say they are a NARPM member. 

I found a similar heat map through MashVisor, which is a subscription service. 

I had a subscription to TLOxp in the past, which is Transunion's equivalent to Accurint.

Search sites - Mobile home park store, CREXI, loopnet, Occasionally you can find one in Craigslist You can buy lists of parks from ListSourceReonomy is a subscription site to search properties and owner info.

@Angelica M Garzon you can also search CREXI, buy a list of properties from list source, buy a subscription to Reonomy or download property list from city websites the lookup the owners and call them.Brokers will not likely be a good resource unless you have a serious track record.

Looks like it requires a monthly subscription but allows for unlimited property searches.I'm wondering if this tool might be particularly interesting / useful for wholesalers who are looking for distressed properties?
