We are expanding our management business from just our private STR properties to a full management company. I am looking for a company to handle all bookkeeping and accounting for our property management company

Highly recommend you separate the CPA and accountant/bookkeeper so one or the other can find each other's mistakes. Typical process: In-house accountant work on your operations and categorizing them correctly. Year-end CPA will review the financial and make any adjustment necessary. In-house book and CPA book should be the same. Now you have two sets.

It's typically cheaper this route by the time CPA gets the documentation there's very little time for them to spend on it because it has been maintained throughout the year.

90% of my clients are remote.
