Excellent advice @Brian Adams, I get two separate lists, one from a list broker such as a Co-star or something similar, and then the other from the county.  

I have taken business management classes as well as mold remediation classes and energy star rater training.

I have secured a true rock star speaker for the event. 

I sense the good in you (Sorry, I'm a huge Star Wars fan and... yeah.)As far as my "why" I love helping people.

At the moment my approach is to invest in a property with a buy-and-hold strategy but I am also open to other ideas to star with.

I tried having a service do it, but without my management, it was not a 5 star experience for my guests.I do this almost aside from my REI business, because I love to have guests and connect with people from all over the world.

Jeremy, i simply don't want the liability of potentially being personally accused of 'id theft' and the likes of 'negligent enablement' thereof in today's highly litigious America where it seems like 50% americans are prescribed some sort of psychiatrics drugs and the other half on recreational ones; and the average civilian being practically a professional 'crisis actor'. frankly, and im not even kidding, 10-20 years ago it used to be that young adults wanted to be rock stars. now its practically like every one wants to be 'lawyer'?
