Hi all, My name is Pablo and I am a fairly new to the real estate investor. I have been trying to get into real estate investing for a while, but have not had a chance to figured out how. I am sr.project engineer working for one of the most successful construction companies in south florida. I have over 10 years of experience in pre-construction consulting and general construction doing high profile luxury residential buildings in south miami. What got me to BP was the podcast. After listening to one podcast, I was thoroughly impressed by the panelists, learned a lot, more importantly it showed me how passionate this community is about learning and sharing. At the moment my approach is to invest in a property with a buy-and-hold strategy but I am also open to other ideas to star with. I would also like to partner with folks to invest locally or out-of-state. Looking forward to connecting, participating and growing with the community. Regards,
