I don't know that they spend resources to their processes/staff to make sure you loan closes smoothly and on time. 

I decided to hire a full-time maintenance staff which is definitely helped reduce costs and avoid the issue With unreliable , bad work.

Depending on what you are looking for e.g commercial/small multi, SFH and flips the other realtors on this thread could be a better fit as I am pretty selective on the clients I take on but my staff works with investors at every stage of investing from their first rental to ground up new construction.

You may want to consider exploring the possibility of working on a larger team, rather than on your own, as they might have the support staff and other team members that can work with you and your clients in order to still provide the same full time/full-service experience customers expect.

Those who have been at it a while as solo agents probably have staff so they run like a mini-team anyway.

They may have shared property managers and staff, allowing them to manage the property effectively at a lower cost.

I also know a Vacasa representative in the area that has full service options and a huge staff that can handle as many you throw at them, so it might be a good scale option. 

The appraisal company happens to be small and only has a couple of staff that alternate.
