Hey BP community!

I recently bought my first 4plex in the city of Mesa, AZ. I am in need of replacing all the window because I noticed that water is getting inside the apartments and is messing up the Interior drywall. I don't want the damage to expand and become a bigger problem for me and the tenants. Furthermore, I started getting quote from companies like Power, Dabella...ect. and I noticed that replacing window is expensive. For example, the lowest cost I was able to get was 19k for replacing 16 windows! It is my first time replacing windows and I didn't expect the bill to be so high. Now, I was wondering if someone in the BP community has gone through this situations and can give me some advise on how to get this problem solved? Is the price reasonable? Should I wait it out until the monsoon season is approaching?

Thank you,

Alex Bautista
