Tara L. - It sounds like you've made a decision on how you're going to proceed, which is great.

LIt’s called the non qualified use.

Budgeting for furniture in an STR should be at least $10-12 per sqft and It takes a heck of a lit of effort to design the interior and set everything up.

After giving it some thought over the course of the last few months the light bulb lit up for me on that issue but I definitely appreciate the affirmation of the fact that getting out is just as important ( if not more important) than getting in.

@Justin Johnson If the radon level is above 4 pCi/L it needs to be addressed.

@Allen Felker,Also, be willing to lend a hand up.I've always liked the idea that a lit candle can light a thousand more and its flame never be diminished.

I went to a REI meeting tonight and they were discussing it and it sort of lit a fire again to give it a shot so I am just trying to make sure I fully understand a lot of how it works and the expenses that go along with it.

That really lit my fire and made me think "Wow two months ago i was dreading living in this place and now people are envious of the place I'm going to live in!"
