One thing I’ve done is create a trigger that fires off two hours before the guest is set to check in which automatically sets my thermostat to the appropriate setting.

They had to replace HVAC air handle fan relay, thermostat, bad wires which ended up to be $316.25.

There's a thermostat and element in each.

Just for the 2 units that in my mind were rent ready (have needed plumbing work in both). 1 water heater wasn't working (not producing any hot water, eneded up replacing 2 thermostats and a lower element). the other one required a new dub drainage connection (it was completely rusted / corrosive damage and was leaking into the basement. luckily this was on the first floor.

This tenant had been late 2 months in a row and caused a problem with the heating system by changing out the thermostat and putting in his own which did not call for heat to the unit.

My clients usually install automation for everything possible, lights, pool, garage a/c, thermostats etc.

We'd like to create a new Amazon account and setup Alexa to control our smart home devices (lock, cameras, thermostat, etc.) but the problem I am running into is that to create a new account you have to have an email address and phone number that is not already tied to an existing Amazon account.

How can I see 20 or 30 houses and manage lights, thermostats, gaurage doors all from one place. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks ya'llGus
