Smart home property Management

Hey BP community, I'm looking for some advice on managing homes with smart home Technology. I live in a ski town and many people provide management services for second home owners. People stay on retainer to provide weekly, monthly checks of the house, as well as manage contractors for services like snow removal, cleaning, and remodel projects. Much of the routine work like checking weekly on the property can all be monitored through google home or other software, i simply don't know any platform that manages multiple houses. How can I see 20 or 30 houses and manage lights, thermostats, gaurage doors all from one place. any info would be greatly appreciated.

thanks ya'll

Gus
