There is some scrap value in the home, however if you just need it done and get to the last minute you're looking (in my area) at around $500 fee at the dump (varies by locality and could be WAY off here for TX) and a mover to get it there, maybe $1000 just to pull it and drop it off depending on distance.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery:)FWIW I have friends and family (Tacoma and Burlington(35 acres off 5&20)) who continually try and get me to head up there to invest and ultimately live.

I can't imagine selling it my best friend and personal lawyer lives next door.I grew up in Tacoma and will always love the PNW.

Moving it whole would have to be done with a house mover.

The optimal place is North Tacoma and even then there is not much cash flow or upside of appreciation for the investment to be worth it.

I would not call this a start to investing, you don't own anything yet.I would move.  Rent
