Resale value on double wide units with no land

I might have an in to get a good deal on one or two 1987 doublewide hallmark-yorktown mobile homes (that's what they're listed as). Both are 3/2.

I know very little about mobile homes but do believe I can get these for a pretty low price of $2-4k each. Is there any market for someone buying these and hauling them away if I can get them at this price? I'm in California by the way

If you're planning on re-selling them, it would be best to build up your buyers list first. Folks who may be interested are homeowners with their own land, mobile home park owners who need to fill their own lots and individual investors who are looking to fill lots and/or land for themselves or other investors. Hope that helps, good luck!
