Hello Everyone,

I’m a new member here. I found this site, did a little reading, and just had to sign up! I live in Southern CA (Orange County) and yes I have my CA RE license. I have been active flipping, re-habbing and buying notes for a few years now. All I know is what I have learned from my parents who have been in the industry for nearly 35 years. But what they couldn’t teach me, besides regular life lessons, I have found on this site. So many more pieces of the puzzle have fallen into place for me. Thank you to all the contributing members. It’s nice to know there is a place where people actually share and can have an open real discussion vs. claw/cheat/lie to people just to earn a buck.

My current goals are to stay in the multi-unit sector. I like working in the more urban areas right now because I am just finding more opportunities there. Ideally I would like to hold several low-B/high-C 8-12 units by myself.

Thanks everyone

Chris Escamilla
