@Ofir R. we've helped several in the past from Germany - usually trying to save their portfolios after they dealt with the wrong "experts" and made bad decisions.Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

Remember, I said your gonna make me look like something I am NOT, and ya did because people are assuming now, and they'd be flat-WRONG.

Hi everyone, I don't post here often so apologies if this is in the wrong spot.

I know that you can't say you won't accept vouchers in states where source of income is protected, but can't you just explain that you said it the wrong way, not intending to discriminate, but it's actually just the home you live in and you know it won't meet Section 8 requirements? 

Don't get me wrong, I love lodge decor however, there is such a thing as too much. 

You'll never go wrong with full disclosure. 

It was directed at gurus who do the wrong thing.
