Right now in Orlando we have a shortage of inventory, so have not seen a lot of staging going on lately.

I am also running into a shortage of MFR relative to other cities.

There is a shortage of rentals in our area so re-renting will be very easy.

I've run into a shortage of information on working with landlords as an agent.

That said, you won't find a shortage of them on Airbnb.  

I personally think that short term rentals will continue to be tightly regulated in areas with housing shortages, unless you are truly sharing your home (renting out a portion of an owner occupied single family residence for example). 

@Angelo Murano  There is a major shortage in the price range they are discussing.  

This indicates there is no shortage of Notes being created.

However, SFR rentals are going up in price.As distressed SFR are harder to find and new homes cannot be built under $200K retail, there is going to be a huge shortage of middle-class "starter" SFR in the $150K range.

Seems like there is a possible shortage of inventory or houses out just listed or under contract in my region.
