vacation rental investment - looking for contacts

I am looking to talk to some folks, familiar with the area and vacation rentals. We have been to the Park City area skiing. Namely, Canyons, and would like to explore picking up a vacation rental to use and generate some cashflow. If you are an expert at this, please send me your info. Park City has apparently outlawed short term rentals.  That said, you won't find a shortage of them on Airbnb.  Just be aware of the legal risks before you do.
