Personally, I'd suggest attending one of the online Zoom sessions with Freedom First REIA, based here in Rochester. 

@Derek BrownDepending on what RE school you went to there could be review sessions you can attend to pass the class.

But time is quickly running out on this “lame duck” session.

He has a session where he answers any questions you may have  and every week we roll play calls and he offers suggestions on how to improve. 

Something like an electronic book, online gym session, online health class.Please share your ideas.

If you have weekly sessions, that is almost definitely a coach. 

Addressing your question, I do not seek free advice from professionals (except maybe on these forums haha), and pay for consultation sessions with both my attorneys and CPAs.

We just held a virtual Deal Maker Sessions where wholesalers present inventory.

Go virtual (zoom calls), you can have breakout sessions, have a similar format: what are the wins, what's holding you back, what are your goals or action steps.

If there's a lot of interest maybe we can have a monthly/bi-weekly zoom meeting to keep us in track and accountable for the previous session's goals that we set up at the ending of each meeting.
