Accountability partner/Mastermind group wanted.

Hey there BP community!

I'm looking to optimize my REI learning curve and wish to find one or several accountability partner/s.

Short about my situation:

Currently I own a property which has been rented out for the past 5 years. Been a real estate investor, buy and hold, since 2012.

We (me and my partner), are looking to source two projects to invest in 2021. Our sights are set in Texas due to having family in Dallas, TX. (Whether that will be turnkey properties or BRRRR depends largely on the boots on the ground we'll find on the way).

I'd love to find an accountability partner in this journey, as right now it's me and my life-partner going about this REI journey together. We're both rather new to know what our biases or limits may be. Having said that, we're both extremely open minded and have a good sense of our weaknesses and strengths.

Looking to expand the horizon of opportunity and learning.

If there's a lot of interest maybe we can have a monthly/bi-weekly zoom meeting to keep us in track and accountable for the previous session's goals that we set up at the ending of each meeting.

(Full disclosure;

I've run a mastermind group before and it worked as long as it was physical meetings. This time I believe technology has advanced enough plus, the motivation to keep growing and learning is enough to have a better chance of succeeding with online-meetings mainly and  occasional physical meetings.)

If you'd like to join us please write a short intro about you and what you're looking to do in the near future (one to five years). Looking forward to knowing you and growing together.

Just putting this out there and looking for what comes back.

Feel free to share.

PS.

In regards to people who may wonder if this is a request for an accountability partner or a mastermind group; it's BOTH depending on how many will find this post like a great challenge right now.

Best case scenario we have lots of different groups growing out of the core group with several accountability partners assigned to each individual. Anyone with experience do reach out, as the group I ran for a year was only me and two close friends who wanted to better our lives.

@Samson Hollmérus Any chance you have a military background? I'm in a fantastic mastermind group for military members and veterans that focuses on real estate.
