Since attendees are buying a package that includes the room, all-inclusive access, and conference sessions and events, it’s a bit more complex than in years past!

I want to teach students how to House hack to flip/Rent when they are Juniors, Partner them with Professionals Senior year, and then mentor them through a house hack post H.S.  

I’ve talked to a few mentors about my career path, and an option they thought would be good for me is becoming a certified general appraiser.

As a mentor of mine once told me, you can read about swimming all day, but best believe, your *** can't swim until you get in the water.

I am currently building a dynamic team of multifamily brokers, mentors, and fellow investors passionate about the world of investing and financial growth.I aim to create a collaborative environment where we can share insights and strategies and support each other in our financial endeavors.

I do also recommend finding a mentor that can help you through the purchase, and also read the as is contract for buying a home, and look up sellers disclosures and get familiar with them if you're purchasing on the market. 

Since I posted this, I have had a few conversations with my mentor and other real estate investors/lenders and have a much better grasp on action items when the right deal comes along.

I also could really use a mentor if you know of anyone.

Obviously, the answer is "No", not every investor needs a coach.
