Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts.

Where I live 300K gets you a nice home in a nice area, but 6K rent gets you a posh mansion in an upscale neighborhood, or a penthouse etc.
