All the homeless people hooked on drugs is the problem in both Kelowna & Vernon.

There are a lot of homeless vets in town and I've heard that vets can easily get the voucher.

Neighbor has said that he’s aware homeless had been taking up shelter in his detached garage. 

They will help people who are getting ready to become homeless.
