Today we grabbed dinner together and kinda got on the subject of teams since the vast majority of the office we work at is all on one single team, like 41 agents on the same team under 1 veteran agent.

I know if someone came to me with a 3.7M property I would not know where to start so I would grab an agent familiar with that range (Because it is out of my knowledge base) and co-list it.Another option is to ask her to refer you to an agent who works in that space.
