Hi

My name is Matt and live in Chicago.  I have done 3 real estate flips and have recently purchased a lot for new construction so am basically a newbie but do have a couple successful deals under my belt

2 of the flips were on the way west side of the city and 1 on the south side.  We don't pigeon hole ourselves to any specific area, simply where ever will make us money.  The lot we purchased is also on the west side and we just closed on it last week.  We are interviewing an architect Wednesday about plans so in the very early stages.  If anyone knows of other architects in the Chicago are, let me know or where to find this type of information on this site
