Additionally, funds that reside in someone's individual bank account do not need to be sourced after 60 days*.As an explanation, a borrower would need to show two statements with the funds present subsequent to the statement where they were deposited.

I listened to his long winded explanations of what was going on (he lives alone) and told him I recognized I'm hounding him as we talked 1-2 times a week but I hope he understood which he did.

James Letchford Thanks for replying to my post, it’s good to know someone who’s geographically really close.

Some of your questions were very braud and would require a much more in depth explanation or even a book to answer.

Not even double (I do have higher geographic cost).Jobs that make 100k+ with no college degree: sales (insurance, cars, software, medical, RVs, real estate, etc), trades (plumbers, electricians, even carpet layers in my area make 120k/yr).

I am heavily leading toward prorating just the one day accompanied by a written explanation of the prorated day including “living condition language”.

With regards to the vandalism, I've already thought of using temporary security systems when a unit is vacant in the future (hopefully that puts me on the right track if I'm asked for an explanation).
