I got one line of credit from Community bank in Jackson for 1 million dollars to use for my HML's and I got it because they could book at as CRA  because I was lending on Jackson properties it worked great for them they could book a big fat CRA loan and lend to a guy like Me..

No such thing exists for "wholesalers", except to the extent that they can in fact fall under the real estate board whether they want to believe it or not, and that is the problem.Go read her other posts (which I acknowledge contain good questions, but very BASIC questions) and tell me that a seller should feel comfortable acting in reliance off her offers.

Hopefully, the creditor determines that there is nothing worth attaching to & they may go away for a much smaller amount.For us this strategy & the initial cost of said mortgages has been far less expensive than initiating & maintaining multiple LLC's.There are a lot of good arguments for making the LLC holding title to be other than a single member LLC & preferably held/managed by another LLC or trust that owns nothing that can in itself generate a litigious event.

I too believe that the F-in gov-mint should keep their fat noses out of all the cokkie jars where they don't belong, but that certainly will not change, so, all we can do is adjust when adjustments are needed.If the article is, in fact, pointing to large institutional buyers who will take down the bulk assets, I am willing to bet that many of them will leak them to us smaller investors, and perhaps at better prices than what you currently find on the market.

You can have an answering machine that sends cash buyers to message a) then credit buyers to message b) and then maybe credit with fat down pmt buyers to message c) You pay a little bit for patlive to set up a secretary that filters your calls and pretty soon you have a prospecting machine to stop all this nonsense that you might go through on a Saturday when you would rather be at the park with your boy. patlive is just an example you could use any type of virtual live secretarial service to accomplish what im talking about.
