However, I have a question about the purchase and sales and assignment agreement I have found various P&S and assignment contracts online, but was wondering if there is anything specific to MA that should be added or that is required to be in the contract.If anyone can tell me where I can find a MA approved p&s and/or assignment contract, that would be much appreciated.
