MA Wholesaling Question

Hello everyone! I’m new to BP community and new to real estate wholesaling as well. I’ve done been reading up on wholesaling, as well as going through BP‘s forums, and I feel like I am ready to finally start moving forward towards my first deal! However, I have a question about the purchase and sales and assignment agreement I have found various P&S and assignment contracts online, but was wondering if there is anything specific to MA that should be added or that is required to be in the contract. If anyone can tell me where I can find a MA approved p&s and/or assignment contract, that would be much appreciated. Also if there is anyone in the MA area that wouldn’t mind giving me some pointers, that’d be great as well! Thanks in advance
